Covenant Woods is embarking on a journey you won't want to miss. Our accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community is expanding with new apartments, cottages and a host of new amenities. And because the expansion scheduled to be completed in the next two to three years, now is the perfect time for you to start planning to be a part of it—giving you plenty of time to sell your home and make plans for moving and right-sizing for your new residence.
Enhancements to our present community will include a new indoor heated pool, a fitness and exercise center, an expanded bistro, a relaxing new spa and a library.
The centerpiece of our newly expanded community, The Lodge, will hold new living spaces and amenities, including a relaxed dining restaurant, a classic pub, an outdoor terrace and a new community center.
The expansion will also offer a selection of new residences which are already being reserved. At this point, more than 50 people have made a 10% deposit to secure their choice of 84 new apartments and 22 new cottages that will also be added as part of the expansion.
These early planners, or "Trailblazers," as we call them, have already reserved nearly half of the cottages. Several of the eleven different apartment floor plans are also spoken for; however, there are still many wonderful choices still available.
