Dining at Covenant Woods is different. Chef-crafted and made with the freshest, locally procured ingredients – many of which come from our own campus farm – meals here are always delicious, nutrient-rich delights for the senses. Our executive chef and farm manager work together to plan the season’s crops and menus in sync with seasonal harvests. Residents provide input into what they love and what they’d like to see more of. The result is menus that feature a wide variety of scratch-made, wholesome, delicious foods that are healthful and deeply satisfying.
Speaking of variety, you’ll find three distinct dining venues offering different styles and tastes for every craving. From restaurant-style dining, pub fare, and al fresco options to a sumptuous buffet, a wine cellar, and a grab-and-go bistro, there’s a meal for every mood. Of course, special diets can be accommodated, and vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices are always available.

Fireside and The Terrace at Fireside
Serving lunch and dinner and sporting full bar service, Fireside is known for a varied menu and sociable ambiance. Settle in with friends next to the fireplace or pull up a seat at the bar for drinks during the game. The menu is extensive and well-rounded, offering something for every palate and mood — from juicy burgers, traditional pizzas, fresh salads, and soups to stuffed chicken, seared salmon, and filet mignon. When the weather is nice, enjoy al fresco dining on The Terrace at Fireside overlooking the wilderness trails that wind through the woods on our campus. Or, if you’d rather eat at home, Fireside offers carry-out and room service.

Traditions
This upscale buffet serves breakfast, lunch and dinner selections that include an ever-changing selection of enticing entrees, made-from-scratch sides, soups, a salad and wellness bar, and homemade desserts. A hand-crafted wooden wine wall displays a selection of regional wines.
The Bistro
Feel like keeping it casual? Stop into The Bistro for breakfast, made-to-order sandwiches, smash burgers, grab-and-go salads, soups, and a full coffee and tea bar. You’ll find delicious cookies, muffins, and Nightingale ice cream, too. Always fresh. Always fantastic.
