The Manor and Manor West: Live in the heart of our community
When you choose an apartment in The Manor or Manor West, you’ll enjoy independent living close to the dining and amenities of Centerpointe and with easy access to all the amenities of The Lodge via an enclosed walkway. This is also where you’ll find our newly redesigned Rowan one-bedroom floor plan as well as larger floor plans with more than 1,300 square feet. All offer large windows, a full kitchen, walk-in closets, a washer and dryer, and more. It’s everything you need all under one roof.
The Lodge: Enjoy beautiful views of our campus
Just beyond The Manor and connected by an enclosed walkway known as The Link, you’ll find the beautifully appointed apartment homes and amenities of The Lodge. With seven different floor plans ranging from 1,028 to more than 1,660 square feet, residences in The Lodge feature open concept living areas, walk-in closets, an abundance of natural light, balconies, and other available amenities such as gas fireplaces. The cottage homes in each of our three neighborhoods feature spacious, open floor plans with high ceilings, gas fireplaces, and well-equipped kitchens. You’ll also appreciate driving up to your professionally manicured lawn and straight into your attached garage. Cottage floor plans range in size from 1,500 square feet to 1,987 square feet.

Covenant Woods recognizes that residents have different needs, preferences, and budgets. That’s why we offer a selection of residency agreements. Our Lifecare contract offers the assurance of guaranteed priority access to our full continuum of on-site health care should you ever need it, with no significant increase in monthly fees. You’ll also have the security of knowing you can remain in the community for life, even if you outlive your resources through no fault of your own. It’s a priceless benefit that will help you and your family rest easy. For residents who maintain long-term care insurance or choose not to select Lifecare, fee-for-service plans are also available.
